Corporate Compliance

Speak Up: Taking Responsibility

Integrity, transparency and acting in a manner that is both legally compliant and ethically sound are essential elements of Scheidt & Bachmann’s corporate culture. To actively uphold these values, Scheidt & Bachmann encourages all employees, contractual partners and external parties to report any potential breaches or misconduct via one of the available channels. This applies both to reports covered by whistleblower protection and to complaints under the Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains (LkSG). Depending on the content of the report or complaint, the subsequent procedure is governed by the applicable legal requirements and internal procedures.
Reports or complaints relating to Scheidt & Bachmann GmbH or a company within the Scheidt & Bachmann Group may be submitted – provided they fall within the relevant scope – in particular to:

  • Breaches of the law
  • Breaches of regulatory requirements
  • Serious breaches of internal policies
  • Risks to health, safety, the environment and public order
  • Human rights and environmental risks, or violations of human rights or environmental obligations that have arisen in connection with the business activities of Scheidt & Bachmann GmbH or a company of the Scheidt & Bachmann Group in its own business area or in the supply chain

The following secure channels are available to you for submitting a report or a complaint:

  • the digital portal ‘Whistle Report’ (anonymous submissions possible)
  • the telephone hotline +49 69 99998839 (anonymous submissions possible)
  • by e-mail to whistleblower@scheidt-bachmann.com
  • directly via the relevant internal reporting*  or complaints office – in writing or in person
