Sharing experiences and enabling work-life balance

As people, we bring a part of our lives to work every day. This includes, among other things, our family situation. At Scheidt & Bachmann, we are aware of this as we strive to support our employees holistically and offer them the most attractive working environment possible.

That’s why we established the Scheidt & Bachmann Family Network – an initiative by employees for employees.

The network is open to all employees, whether someone has children, cares for relatives, or has other family obligations. It provides our employees with a space where topics around family, work-life balance, and mutual support can be discussed openly.

There you will regularly find information about holiday childcare options, excursion tips, and events. In addition, we have set up a digital marketplace via our employee app, where items can be easily and sustainably passed on or sold within the community.
