Policies – A binding foundation for our actions

Our global policies are designed to communicate our corporate identity clearly and transparently. We want to make it clear what we stand for as a company, what values guide us and what direction we are taking in key areas – whether in sustainability, purchasing, information security or in our dealings with one each other.

The new policies and Code of Conduct create a binding foundation that both employees and external partners can rely on. They serve as a guide in our day-to-day work and help to ensure that decisions are made in line with our strategic goals and ethical principles. At the same time, they promote transparency towards the outside world by showing how we take responsibility and what standards we set for ourselves and our business partners.
