In addition, we will provide you with individual onboarding documents. These include, for example, an induction plan, a map of the company premises and an overview of the contact details of your colleagues. If you wish, you can also take part in a company tour to get to know the company premises better.
From your first day of work, a mentor will be available to answer any questions you may have. At our "HR Welcome Morning", you will meet all newly hired colleagues for breakfast in our company restaurant "sub's" for a relaxed exchange of information. We will also be happy to answer any questions you may have.
You will meet your mentor on your first day at work. He or she is a person from your circle of colleagues who has been working with us for a long time and therefore knows the ropes.
