The UN Global Compact calls on companies around the world to align their operations and strategies with ten universally accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labour standards, environmental protection and anti-corruption, and to take action in support of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Launched in 2000, the UN Global Compact is the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative, with more than 20,000 companies in over 160 countries and more than 60 Global Compact networks.
Sustainable Development Goals
As a group of companies, we are committed to continuously improving our sustainability performance. The 17 international Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) provide global guidance for change towards a better world. We want to be guided by these and reliably contribute to achieving these goals by 2030. We also promote sustainable action by all employees through training, information and the individual role model function of our managers.
