A customer can install a parking app of their own choice on their mobile phone. Most apps are platform independent (e.g., Google Play Store for Android or App Store for iOS) Once the installation is complete, locate the app, create an account, add payment method and configure preferences.

With the app, customers can easily search for available parking options in their desired area. The app provides real-time information on parking availability, rates, and restrictions, ensuring customers can make informed decisions. All mobility CONNECT carparks are visible to the customer in their chosen parking app.

Once a suitable parking spot is identified, customers can directly enter the parking lot without any interference (based on License Plate recognition). Based on the connection via mobility CONNECT between the parking garage and the parking app, all systems immediately identified the customer as a parking app user and entry will be registered in all systems as so.

By exiting the parking garage, the license plate will be scanned automatically again and the parking fee will be directly charged into the parking app. Payment will be periodically be invoiced by the parking app and parking garages will receive periodic payout for their parking fees.
