As a traditional family business, the training of young people is very important to us. In our training strategy, theory and practice are closely related, thus making our young employees fully fit for the start of their careers.
Beyond that, we are proud that this year Khoa Mike Nguyen was awarded the best apprenticee in Germany and Jan Niklas Lentz and Nikolaos Avramidis were awarded best apprenticees in the state of North Rhine Westphalia in their training professions. Congrats to them for their outstanding achievements and a successful start to their careers to all our graduates!
