To achieve this, evopark and Scheidt & Bachmann collaborate closely with the municipal subsidiary ParkenMG GmbH. Our joint goal is to enable parking guests to enter and exit Mönchengladbach's car parks seamlessly and to pay cashless by using the latest parking technology.
Initially, the service will be launched in the car park Markt Rheydt situated in the best city centre location and will then be successively extended to other municipal car parks. Entry to the car park Markt Rheydt is granted via licence plate recognition. In order to ensure a customer-friendly transition phase, the classic entrance and exit with barrier and ticket machine will remain in place.
The digital initiative is based on the Software as a Service solutions easy CONTRACT, evopark GO and mobility CONNECT.
