Within the scope of this agreement, S&B is selected solutions and service supplier by Q8. The fuel retail sites will receive the full range of SIQMA products from indoor solutions to outdoor payment terminals, all of which will improve the customer journey largely.
The heart of the solution at each site will be the SIQMA Cloudlink which links all devices on site which each other, enables the individual devices to communicate with each other and links the data transfer to the S&B Cloud. The shops will be equipped with the latest generation of SIQMA POS 2.0 checkout systems, which run on the new SIQMA Mira hardware. SIQMA Mira is a very flexible platform to bring the cloud POS or the innovative customer display to the cashier zone. The innovative customer display not only shows the shopping basket but also gives room for modern promotions, videos or any other content that is relevant to your customers. Even the SIQMA Smoove self-checkout application runs on SIQMA Mira representing a lean solution as an alternative to well-known kiosk devices.
The forecourt area will greatly benefit from latest SIQMA OPT outdoor payment terminals. Scheidt & Bachmann will supply the SIQMA OPT with intuitive audio-visual user interface and integrated Q8 loyalty program Q8 Smiles.
SIQMA Connect will not only be the central link to the Q8 backend system, but also enable future integration of additional applications to the Q8 system environment based on standardised interfaces.
Besides the comprehensive SIQMA products S&B will also provide full service to the Q8 fuel retail sites: From planning to installation, 1st, 2nd, 3rd level support up to hosting and monitoring.
