The general scarcity of materials and global shortages of raw materials and parts have been commonplace for a while now. But Scheidt & Bachmann always finds ingenious solutions for complex situations – and has been doing so for 150 years. How you benefit in the current circumstances: We do not buy ready-made, but manufacture in-house many of the things that others have to buy on the global market. And we use top specialists and the latest technology. If things get scarce, we quickly switch to replacement components.
We also have a global network and are valued by our suppliers as a reliable, long-standing partner. Our purchasing department then works hard to ensure that the required raw materials can continue to be acquired on the world markets.
We also keep our stock at sufficient levels. We intentionally build up large stocks to ensure that we can continue to reliably supply you with products and spare parts.
Whatever happens: We do everything we can to keep our delivery promises. You can depend on it.
IN-HOUSE PRODUCTION
From hardware to software: We can make almost everything in-house. We can then provide alternatives even in the event of supply shortages, and deliver to you reliably and on time.
GLOBAL PURCHASING
Even when things are scarce for others: We have reliable contacts all over the world for all parts in the supply chain so can always find a way acquire the necessary materials and parts from suppliers for top products.
LARGE STOCKS
Our principle on holding stock: Guaranteeing production has priority! We have the resources to be able to access and reorder sufficient parts at any time.
