In 2017, Designer Outlet Center Roermond opened a fourth retail area. Part of this area was a redesigned parking lot and a new car park. Today, the site offers a total of 6,000 parking spaces.
In this project, Scheidt & Bachmann was the main contractor for the supply and maintenance of the parking system. The contract covered the transition from pre-paid to post-paid parking. At a location that attracts many visitors every day, the reliability and operation of the parking system is crucial. For this reason, Scheidt & Bachmann carries out preventive and corrective maintenance on the second line. Scheidt & Bachmann also runs additional maintenance checks before peak times around the holidays to ensure proper operation.
