Not every vehicle entering a car park represents the same relationship. Some visits are spontaneous. Others are linked to an account, contract, reservation, company or mobility provider. Recognising the parker type helps the parking business understand its user mix and connect entry and exit with the correct process.
Our platform can connect identification at entry and exit with available account, booking, contract and access information. Depending on the setup, the licence plate, QR code or another credential links the vehicle to the relevant journey.
Spontaneous visitors enter without an existing account or long-term agreement. The parking session is handled as a short-term stay and connected with the applicable tariff and payment journey.
A short-term visit can be linked to an existing account, including an account with a connected mobility provider. This can support licence plate-based entry and exit as well as billing through the connected service.
Regular customers can be identified through their assigned account, contract, parking product and access profile. The platform links the recognised vehicle or credential with the applicable access rights.
A reservation created before arrival can be connected with the vehicle or access credential so that the booked parking journey is recognised at entry and exit.
Parking rights can also be linked to company and employee structures or visitor bookings, allowing access to follow the relevant authorization and location rules.
Bringing these identities and parking events together creates a clearer picture of who uses the parking facility and how. It also provides the foundation for the right access, payment, reporting and service processes for each parker type.
The right identification logic depends on user groups and access models. Together, we can map the parker types and connected processes required for your project.
