Award for our "sales graduate programme”
We aim to promote up-and-coming talent from within our own ranks. To this end, we implemented an international graduate programme especially tailored to our sales needs. Moreover, we are very proud that the high quality standards that we set for our graduate programme have now been officially recognised in the form of an award.
Working together with the Institute for Personnel Management at the Ludwig-Maximilian University in Munich, Absolventa GmbH has developed a process to methodically evaluate the quality standards of graduate programmes. Once all the items under review had been successfully verified, the award was officially presented in May 2013 in the form of a certificate and a trophy by Michael Wagester – Account Manager at Absolventa GmbH.
Since then, Scheidt & Bachmann has become one of the award-winning companies which promotes and actively runs high quality graduate programmes. The decisive criterion for this honour is the commitment shown in training and promoting university graduates. The award recognised not only the structure and content of our graduate programme, but also the field of operations and the assurance of high standards of quality.
Our international graduate programme is specifically focused on our sales business. The aim of our programme is to provide graduates with extensive experience when taking a demanding role.
